The lack of communication from our host made me super nervous prior to picking this Turo up. The car had front end damage when received, but we were told the previous renter had a “minor incident” when returning, so none of the sensors worked. We came for a sporting event with lots of luggage only to find a huge speaker box (not connected) in the trunk that we had to maneuver for the week which was a HUGE inconvenience. Day6 the check engine light came on, I messaged the host and no response, again. As a Turo host myself, this trip was disappointing as I always give my customers top notch service. This was not that.

The car worked fine. The Murano has nice pick up. Eric made getting in and out as easy as possible. One dashboard light did come on, which I believe Eric is taking care of. But no problems with the car whatsoever. Thanks Eric!
