As my families first time flying into LAX, James’s instructions to get to the car from the airport was very easy to follow and accurate. We cannot thank you enough for making the process for car pick up and return incredibly easy and stress free.
The car itself fit all of our families needs, plenty of space for a family of 5 and all our luggage, plus some. It had everything we need to get around unfamiliar territory and was a very smooth ride. We would definitely use James and this car again.
