Car quality was great.
Pickup location was vague and inconvenient.
Communication was poor.
App is difficult. Directions are inadequate. Very difficult to find directions. I thought I had checked out and hours later I was notified I was overdue to check out.

The car was great and the host was very helpful! The host did his job well!
The Turo process forcing you to use their app ONLY to return caused issues. I had several anxious moments on the phone with Turo. I had trouble communicating because I had 2 Turo Apps and causing trouble with the pickup and return! Can’t give an honest rating until I see how this is handled! I did everything right but couldn’t communicate so I will see what, if any, undue extra charges will be tried on my credit card!
