Mergen provided exceptional service from start to finish! He met us right at arrivals with the car, helped load all of our luggage, and made the pickup process incredibly easy. When it was time to return the car, he met us at departures, helped unload our luggage, took care of everything, took the necessary photos, and all we had to do was hand him the keys and head straight into the airport.
The car itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean inside and out. Mergen was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the entire experience stress-free. This was by far one of the easiest and most convenient rental experiences we’ve ever had. I highly recommend Mergen and would absolutely rent from him again!
