Turo’s Commercial insurance requires use of tracking on the vehicle…which we notified you of at booking.
You chose to not complete your trip and you violated Turo’s agreement by driving our vehicle as an unregistered driver.
We have 1100+ reviews, nearly all of which are 5 star… and somehow we are the problem on this trip? I think our guest reviews speak for themselves…I am unsure what your issue was but we do not appreciate the disrespect shown to us, our vehicle and our business.
