Car has a significant ding on the back passenger side that was not shown in the photos prior to booking. I booked this vehicle for an anniversary dinner, expecting a nice, clean vehicle, and only after I had booked during check in did I see the damage on the vehicle. When I inquired about the damage, I received rather blunt and rude comments about how the damage was recent and it could be seen in the check in photos uploaded. (Which can’t be seen until after the vehicle is booked and paid for)
Also, upon entering the vehicle, there was an extremely potent smell of marijuana. I had to get air fresheners for the vehicle, and when I picked up my spouse, they immediately made a comment about how potent the smell was. It was as if someone had just smoked in it that day.
The vehicle drives fine, the interior was clean other than the odor. But the same can be said of most vehicles on here.
Overall, I wish I would have booked a different vehicle for my evening, out of the many times I’ve used this app, this was the most disappointing rental, but if the damage and the smell don’t bother you, it’s a great rental!
