car quality was amazing and i genuinely loved the vehicle overall. everything went perfectly during the rental, and the vehicle itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what i needed.
unfortunately, the return experience left a really bad impression. while my ride was pulling in to wait for me, their vehicle turned around in the driveway and barely touched the grass. the host came outside very quickly and began loudly yelling and cussing, in front of my children. i immediately apologized and politely acknowledged what happened, but the way he handled the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary.
he eventually said he would “let it slide this time,” but his attitude and behavior afterward remained very rude. i understand being protective of your property, but there are respectful ways to address situations like this, especially when children are present.
i would absolutely rent this vehicle again based on the car itself, but unfortunately the interaction with the host would make me hesitant to rent from him again.

I do want to clarify that the person who addressed the grass was not me the host. We reviewed our exterior video, which shows the vehicle drove more than halfway onto our newly seeded grass and left tire marks along the edge of brand-new asphalt. We’re sorry you felt uncomfortable. We appreciate your review and are glad you loved the vehicle!
