The host did not cancel this trip. An option to swap a car was presented to the guest. The guest preferred the original car which was fine with me. However, there was no option on the guests end to decline without canceling the trip. In my opinion, it's a programming error on Turo's technical side. I was happy to honor the guest and we were in communication 2 days before the trip start time.
