Only gripe is that I almost missed an exit on a highway and had to slow down a little more aggressively than a typical stop and got a message threatening to disable the car because of erratic driving, which simply wasn’t the case due to an “over sensitive” big brother device.
Made the rest of the time nerve-racking that the car would get shut off if everything else didn’t go “exactly as planned” on the road.
The car itself was nice, drove well, maintained, and in an easy pickup / drop off location. No complaints there.
Host was friendly after, but the message was none the less off putting. The car itself was great though.

Glad the car worked out. About your complaint the GPS logged five hard-braking and five hard-cornering events across three days of your trip, not one missed exit. I let the first three slide since things happen on the road, but when alerts kept coming it became a pattern and I take safety seriously, so I reached out after the fourth event. Just a reminder to drive safely. Not a threat. Overall the car came back great! Good communication. Thank you!

Everything about the trip, car and customer service was really nice. I appreciated the communication and it was my first time trying drop off. I appreciate how clear the directions were and how nicely clean the car was. Def will save this car to use in the future. :)
