Great car frustrating rental

Sena, I’m sorry your experience felt frustrating, and I was concerned that my communication did not meet your expectations. In four years as a Turo host, I’ve worked hard to provide clear communication and great service. I understand your unforeseen circumstances created additional stress, but I hope you understand that the vehicle was already reserved by another guest, and I was obligated to honor that reservation.
The host was very polite and professional the vehicle is beautiful and drives beautiful it was truly an experience I would definitely recommend Mr. Richard to everybody well all the good people that will treat his prop with care and respect, his kindness is truly one of a kind.
