Richard was a great rental host. The instructions to pick up the car and drop it off. We’re very clear and descriptive .

Richard had great communication, promptly responding to me at all times of the day.
Make sure you read the fine print. Airport pickup was available but only provided for free if renting for over a week - a disclaimer I failed to notice until I had already booked. Requesting this service was an additional 80$ charge, an additional 30% of the original rental fee. The car was dropped off at the airport at 8am despite my flight getting in at 1700 - an additional $23 to get the car out of the lot. Otherwise car was reliable, in great condition, clean.
