Pick up was easy. Communication on where the car was parked was clear. The host was easy to reach. The only issue I had was that the car smelled like weed and the driver window makes a screeching sound when rolling down but other than that the car was great. It was big enough to accommodate 7 people and the trunk accommodated 1 check back and 7 carry ons. I definitely recommend this host and I would book again with them!

Pickup and drop off was seamless. Communication was great. Deducting a star because the Pilot is extremely smoke stained and smells terrible. Most of our passengers were children which made the situation worse. The windshield wipers need replaced and the drivers window needs aligned as it is soon to no longer function.
