The rental process was smooth and convenient from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and drove great throughout my trip. Communication was easy, and everything was exactly as described. I really appreciated the professionalism and overall experience, and I would definitely rent from them again.

Pickup instructions were great. It was easy to find the car and get in.
However, the car itself had issues. There was a terribly loud noise in the dashboard every time the car exceeded 40 mph. Rattling that would not stop. The remote didn’t always work. AC vent fell out of the ceiling. Trunk was difficult to open.
I contacted the host about the rattling, and he was no help. He told me to contact Turo road side service and maybe they could get a new car for me. This was completely impractical. I was traveling alone with my kids and in another state at that point. We had a short vacation with lots planned, and I did not have an afternoon to spare to switch out cars. The host also said that he had no idea the car made that noise. That was absolutely not true, as the car made the noise every time we drove it.
He knew I would be able to do anything about the situation.
I would not recommend renting from this host, and it looks like he has many cars available.

Car was very clean , ran nicely , and they were flexible with my trip. Very easy and understanding people to rent from. Every time I get a rental I rent from here ! And it’s a great experience EVERY time !
