The air freshener smell is over powering and return instructions were not clear. When we got to the car it said the key battery was low and wouldn’t unlock.

At first everything was fine and clear, but after returning a car with no damage, they charged extra mileage, they charged twice the airport permit fees, sales taxes, etc. They even gave the opportunity to dispute, but they didn't care since they had my card, they went ahead and charged me by force. Now the total cost is almost $1000 when you rent for $600... what a terrible experience…

As hosts, we do not control airport permit fees or taxes. We always follow Turo’s policies and encourage guests to contact Turo Support for any billing clarifications.
