The car smelled like smoke even though it said it was a smoke free car, the car wasn’t ready for pick up at the correct time and drop off was so confusing. I had to change my day for drop off due to unforeseen circumstances and it was approved I had very little instruction for returning the car even though I texted the host on my way like I was told. He didn’t respond with clear instructions until 20 minutes after I dropped the car off. The host was really rude in his messages as well. I wouldn’t rent from this host again
