Instructions not exactly clear for a first time user. However, the next time I should be more familiar and I should be more comfortable doing a Turo rental.

The host was very nice and polite. He called to check in when I was running late for pickup. The process is easy and stress free. The car was clean and comfortable. It was good on gas just a little bit slow acceleration. I would definitely rent cars from him again.

Thank you for your kind review! I’m glad you enjoyed the clean, comfortable car, fuel economy, and easy pickup process. Regarding acceleration, this 2020 Chevrolet Trax accelerates normally and has no known acceleration issues, though its response may feel different from other vehicles you’ve driven. It also has very low mileage, and all maintenance is up to date. It was a pleasure hosting you.
