Ran into some issues with the vehicle. Was told that a previous customer had an issue with the tire. Not sure why this vehicle was rented out without being serviced properly first. Unfortunately I was told that I could not swap vehicles due to none being available. And I would only be partially reimbursed depending on what time I ended my trip. I was going out of town so this cause me a great inconvenience. I’ve used Jude’s vehicles several times before never ran into an issue.
