Car was fantastic! Fun to drive, great condition and clean. Pick up did not go smoothly due to lack of communication and late delivery. Host was responsive otherwise.

Honestly, I'm with you on this one. Picking up at the airport can be really hard, which is why I prefer to hand the car off in person instead of parking it somewhere and having guests search for it on top of the luggage they might be carrying. So when I offered a handoff and you said you'd rather find it yourself, I thought, "Oh okay, this is new," because pickup can be a bit tricky and you didn't mention it earlier. I'm glad you had a safe trip, and I'm always available by phone for my guests.
Everything as expected, great communication!! 5 stars

Very nice ride and very clean! The host, Alain was pleasant and great correspondence. I would reserve this car anytime again if opportunity allows.
Thank you!!!

Pickup location was easy but in a rougher part of town. We picked up right as someone was handing off so thankfully the car was clean…. But not ideal. Great little car, ran smooth, and was easy pickup/drop off.
