This was an excellent rental experience from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and Valerii was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially considering how last-minute my reservation was.
The SUV was clean, smelled great, drove exceptionally well, and had absolutely no maintenance issues during my rental. Everything was exactly as expected, which made the entire experience stress-free.
I’d definitely recommend renting from Valerii and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again!

Car wasn’t inspected until an hour before my trip where it was then seen that it had a problem and the car was malfunctioning. Ruined my whole day, cost me $500 in missed work with clients. Seemed to know there was a problem beforehand because when I showed it was leaking oil he knew exactly where it was coming from.
