Car was extremely clean and ran excellent. The owners were extremely friendly and flexible. Highly recommend them for all auto rentals, will definitely return to them in the future.

The car was ok, but I have some problems with the front plate because it s not allowed without plate in ader state, for example Illinois.

One of the worst experiences we've ever had as a host with over 500 trips. Guest picked up in NC and he drove to Chicago. The day before the trip ended this guest contacts us saying he's "too scared" to drive the car back because the cops pulled him over for not having a front plate. A front plate is NOT required for vehicles registrated in NC. We thoroughly explained that. But he still refused to drive back. He blatantly told us he was going to leave the car there. Turo had to towed it back.
