Thank you, Mary for choosing to rent with us! We’re sorry to hear that the convenience of the pick up and drop off process didn’t fully meet your expectations. We strive to make our contactless hand offs as simple as possible, especially when navigating the busy parking garages throughout Las Vegas. We use the lockbox system to provide flexibility and allow guests to access the vehicle on there own schedule. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to make it smoother for future guests.
can’t thank Rachel enough for being so accommodating and making our trip so smooth and hassle-free! Thank you for the excellent service, Rachel! Would definitely rent her car again!
