The car itself was nice, clean, and drove well. The pickup went well and was easy. I had no issues with the vehicle during my trip, and everything worked as expected.
While I was happy with the condition and performance of the car, the communication and last-minute changes from the host made the overall experience frustrating. I would recommend making sure all rules and expectations are clearly communicated and confirming them in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.

Thank you for your review Jessica. As stated during our conversation, we were not going to allow you to do something outside of the turo rules. There was no miscommunication, you wanted to allow your additional driver to pick up the car, even though turo has strict “no tolerance” rule for this behavior. As mentioned during our conversation, in the event the car was damaged during pick up, it would have been solely on the responsibility the owner.
