Customer service was rude, wife didn’t explain charging station directions , husband tried to help me and told me “ to stop talking “ while asking him for help , CUSTOMER SERVICE TRASHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!! ALSO GAVE ME CAR ON 58 battery and told me to figure it out , didn’t help me with anything not even an extra hour with the car , I will never again.
An early pickup was requested in advance; however, the vehicle was ultimately picked up at the originally scheduled time. Due to the earlier request, a full recharge prior to pickup was not possible. At pickup, the need to charge the vehicle was clearly communicated, charging instructions were provided, and the addresses of nearby fast charging stations were sent via text. We were in communication the entire trip. No request was made for additional rental time.
