The customer Booked a last minute trip, that starts in 1 hour. Upon checking customer had 1 star rating from a previous host stating the customer had significantly smoked in the car and was late for drop off uo to 5 hours with out any communication.
I normally give customers a second chance no matter the rating but this time there was another 2 weeks booking right after this customer and I couldn't risk that.

I had a great experience with this Turo rental. The host was very professional and communicative, especially when there was a small issue — he made sure to stay and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.
The car itself ran perfectly with no issues at all, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I returned it on a full tank with no problems.
I would definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!
