Loved the Jeep! Pickup was super easy, and Reginald and his wife were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. We took the Jeep over to Martha’s Vineyard, and it was the perfect vehicle for cruising around the island, we had such a great time with it! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would absolutely book with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the feedback Jennifer. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I did check the vehicle and did not notice any check engine light, I’ll be sure to check this issue.
I did notice the windshield and will get that replaced.
I know you extended the trip multiple times and you did not relay any issues to me during the rental period. I know you were displeased with having to return the vehicle at 10am but I will take the feedback and ensure I address all issues.
