⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jessica is truly one of the kindest, most understanding Turo hosts I’ve ever rented from. Every car I’ve rented from her has been clean, reliable, and I’ve never had a single issue, she clearly takes amazing care of her vehicles. But what really makes her special is her heart. She has worked with me, picked me up, and taken me to the car, all while knowing my brand-new car was in the shop after an accident. She never made me feel like a burden. Sadly only bad reviews like this are written when a guest doesn't follow the info provided for the car and runs it too low on DEF fluid, because this is a diesel, and locks up the engine. Second time renter and had only positive things to say, until he caused damage to my car.
Great experience with the car, Jessica was nice, responsive and friendly. Will definitely rent again from her.
