Appreciated the last-minute accommodation. The rental experience required more back-and-forth communication than expected to resolve a few issues, but things were ultimately worked out.

Always happy to rent to a guest last minute. Unfortunate that you give a poor rating, but it was a result of you getting a nail in the tire and then not repairing it before return even though you were instructed to check the tires after complaining of low pressure warning and a shake, as this warnings don't come on for no reason and weren't there when you picked up the car. I wish you the best for your next rental.
This is my 2nd time renting an Audi Q7 TDI with Jessica. These SUV’s receive great fuel mileage and got me to/from my destinations with zero problems. The suvs are always clean, filled up and ready to go! Thank you Jessica for another wonderful Q7 TDI to rent for my trip!
