The RAV4 felt like borrowing a friend’s car... clean enough but clearly well loved, personalized license plate, and dog hair in the back cargo area. I personally really like this casual beachy vibe.
During my trip, there were issues with one of the wheels, which required roadside assistance and ultimately ended the rental early.
Luis, however, was outstanding: always quick to respond, very kind, and proactive in trying to help.
While the breakdown was a significant inconvenience, I really appreciated the level of care and communication. I would definitely rent from Luis and his 4-legged "copilot" again.
