Great car and a great family who owns the car. I met the family today when I turned in the car at 9:35 AM. The owner‘s family is lovely and I gave his wife the keys directly as requested by Rudolph.
Your app is saying that I am late and that’s not true.
If it’s saying that I am late because I was unable to upload the pictures right away (phone battery low), they are uploaded now, but I was not late turning in the car and if any charge was added for that reason, it needs to be removed.
Rudolph and his wife will be able to attest to the fact that I was not late with the car. Thank you.
