We had a great experience with this host and vehicle! The pickup location was very convenient, and the host communicated clearly about where the vehicle would be located and how to access the keys. The vehicle was clean and tidy overall, although there was quite a bit of dog/pet hair throughout the interior, which can be difficult to completely clean up.
The vehicle was roomy enough for our family of five to comfortably take on vacation, and we had it for about 10 days without any mechanical issues whatsoever. When we returned to town, there was an event that caused several streets to be blocked off. I was able to communicate with the host, and they were very accommodating and allowed us to drop the vehicle off an hour earlier.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely book with this host and vehicle again in the future!
