Had trouble getting out of parking ramp due to a unpaid fee

Host did not open vehicle on time. I wasn’t able to get access inside vehicle until after 12:10 am. The car stunk, it was filthy inside. Car needed air in tires. I had to put antifreeze in car because fluid was too low to drive

Vehicle wasn’t as large as we needed and service light was on for Maintenance but it got us to our destination safely with no conflicts .

The hosts were nice and accessible the whole trip. Pick up and drop off was very simple. The car drove pretty good. Only minor issue was the inside of the car needed to be slightly re vacuumed / wiped down ..

My pickup time was delayed due to the host not verifying my ID in a timely fashion. I had to reach out to Turo support to get in touch with them. This was an airport pickup, and the car was not parked in the space I was told, so that added another hour delay in trying to locate the vehicle. The car was definitely in need of repairs. The drive was rough. The car made weird noises and had a horrible smell of gas, and was out of windshield washer fluid. Reached out to the host about these issues, they replied days later. NonethelessI ended the trip early.
