Overall the vehicle was clean, full of gas and just what i reserved. The host was pleasant and responded promptly.
The issue i had was when I arrived home with the vehicle, I realized both tires on the rear were no good.
The tires were ate up and showing metal cord/wires. They could have blown out while on the road with my family inside.
The host did pay to get them replaced but I had to drive a round trip of 20 miles out of my way to get it done. This was very inconvenient.

Great experience! The car was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. We also really appreciated the flexibility of giving us an extra 30 minutes to return the car. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely rent again. Highly recommend!
