The service was excellent. When the van had an A/C problem, they replaced the van within an hour. They did everything to make our trip the best.

Good trip, I would recommend checking front drive brakes and at speed the transmission bounces out of gear on hard freeway joints.

The vehicle smelled like black and mild/drugs when I immediately report it to the host he said “the last renter smoked in the car last night, turo is also aware. Please kind don't count it against us”. I utilized the vehicle to take my nieces, nephews and kids to the museum and we all returned with headaches because of the smell. The smell was definitely not something that just happened yesterday, but it smelled like it was fully penetrated and was attempted to hide with a lot of air fresheners. Besides that, the vehicle is very old, and shows a lot of wear tear, we passed by a couple speed bumps, and it seemed as the vehicle was about to turn off, was a huge scare since the weather here is super hot and could not imagine driving around without the AC. The vehicle does shake a lot, and the AC does not work the best. Do not recommend, especially if you are traveling with kids.
