TLDR; Brand new car for a competitive price! I will definitely keep Shilu’s fleet in mind for future rentals.
I highly recommend Shilu. He was punctual, friendly, and followed my instructions when coming to meet me at my place of residence (which can be difficult to find). I booked last minute the morning of when we had an issue with our car. I was so stressed that we were going to have to change our plans. Then I thought to just *try* to check Turo for a solution. That’s when I found Shilu’s Buick Envista. It was brand new, clean, drives well, and felt safe to drive with my child. I requested the car to be brought to me by 1:00pm which was a tight timeframe. He was there 15 minutes early! The exchange was quick, easy, and we were able to get on our way! Saved the weekend!! Thank you again, Shilu!
The only thing I would mention to renters: be careful of the mileage limit if you’re traveling with family or going around town. In Texas it adds up quickly.
