Pickup and drop off were smooth, Rich was very proactive with communication the entire trip. The vehicle was perfect for what we needed and extremely clean! Rich shared all the car seat options with me in advance with pictures so we could select the right ones for our kids. I’ll use Rich again next time we are in Houston!
