Mirella was very polite, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. The check engine light was on initially when I picked up the vehicle and she explained that everything was okay and to check the gas cap as it could possibly be the issue. She also let me know if I was uncomfortable that I could cancel the trip with no problems. I checked the gas cap and after I drove off, the check engine light turned off. The vehicle was great for the trip I needed. Very clean, drove smooth, and everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Overall experience with this host was great. The only thing I had an issue with was, being charge for a repair of the tire. Like I told her, that it just the tire light had came on down the street from her place. I didn’t see a flat tires when I parked. I also told the guy that too. But I paid the fee. So for me , that was the first time I had to pay for a repair on tires after returning a car. Other than that, the car was good!!

Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was delivered in good condition, and no issues were reported during the three-day trip. A nail was found in the tire upon return, and the $25 charge covered the actual repair cost. I always prioritize vehicle safety for all my guests.thanks you 😊
