This is a very convoluted way to rent a car. Pickup and dropoff are a mess. The Turo app doesn't work to make any changes.

We offer a delivery/pickup service; however, to avoid paying the associated fee, you chose not to select this option during your reservation.
As an All-Star Host, we responded to your messages in a timely manner, cleaned and prepared the car prior to handover, delivered it with a full fuel tank, and there were absolutely no delays regarding the vehicle pickup. What, exactly, did we do wrong?
