The vehicle I received was not accurately represented by the photos in the listing. The photos appeared to be stock photos and showed the vehicle in what looked like excellent, well-maintained condition.
When I picked up the car, there were numerous dings and scratches on the exterior, stains on the seats and interior, and a piece missing from the front bumper. The overall condition and appearance of the vehicle was significantly different from what I expected based on the listing.
I understand that rental vehicles can have normal wear and tear, but I believe the actual condition of the vehicle should be accurately reflected in the listing photos. Had I known the condition of the vehicle beforehand, I would have chosen a different rental.
