Took the car to Oklahoma, Car started having battery issues and lights come up, Was stranded in cabin because of car and had to do a late ride

The vehicle was delivered with no check engine or battery warning lights on. The battery became drained because the lights were left on. The guest also gave me a different return time every time I asked, and did not return the vehicle at the time she had previously stated. This made the situation unusual and difficult to manage.
The experience isn’t just about the car, it’s about the host too.
This host is excellent. 10/10.
Very kind person, professional, good person. Made life easy for the pickup, very responsive over text, clean car, had gas.
Good looking zippy car too. Small SUV fits everywhere and sips gas.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The truck was exactly as described — in great condition, very clean, and drove wonderfully. It felt stable and comfortable on the road.
Communication with the host was outstanding. They were open and flexible about adjusting and extending the pickup time, and were very punctual when dropping off the vehicle.
I would definitely recommend both this host and this truck to anyone. I’d rent it again without hesitation!
