The car was good for the purpose of driving and comfort but does pose a problem with the driver window not role down and the car was not washed and smelled like smoke weed the entire time and was a bit concerned that the registration sticker was not there on the vehicle, as well I tried to return the vehicle earlier when I made it back the host view the message that I was back but did not accept the request of course to keep that extra money so be careful sure and exact when booking I return the car 8 hours early and sent photos to the host that I return the vehicle to the drop off location but he still didn’t accept the request to change it

The vehicle itself was reliable and served its purpose, but there were several issues that made this rental disappointing.
At pickup, the car was noticeably dirty, which the host attributed to a last-minute booking. While I understand things happen, cleanliness should still be a priority.
Although this is listed as a non-smoking vehicle, there was a clear smell of smoke. While vacuuming the car before return, I found a small piece of Swisher cigar wrapping paper, which supports that concern. I brought this up to the host, but he stated he hadn’t noticed any odor—something that was very noticeable to us during the trip.
Several functional issues also came up:
• None of the 12V power outlets worked, so I couldn’t use my dash cam.
• The driver’s window does not roll down, which became a problem when exiting the airport garage and needing to pay.
• The key fob battery was dead, and the car couldn’t detect the key. I had to replace the battery myself to continue using the vehicle.
• The blind-spot monitoring/assistance sensor was not working, which is a safety concern.
On the positive side, the car was reliable, good on gas, and spacious. With the third row down, we were able to fit four large suitcases and four duffel bags without blocking visibility. Seating was comfortable, and it got us to our destination and back home without mechanical issues.
Overall, the vehicle has potential, but it needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness and advertised features to meet expectations.
