Great constant communication and loved how detailed they were on everything concerning the vehicle/booking. Would def rent from again!!

The owner was very professional, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The Atlas itself was good, however we decided to return it earlier after noticing something did not feel normal with the suspension and brakes. We informed the owner right away so the vehicle could be checked and maintained properly.
The owner immediately offered us a replacement vehicle in a very professional manner, but unfortunately Turo did not approve the swap request. Because of that, we decided not to proceed with creating a new reservation, even though the owner was fully willing to help and accommodate us.
In the end, we left the location by Uber.

Trip was good but car service will be done
Thank you for the month-long trip. After vehicle return and inspection, the car showed a “maintenance required soon” message, which was only an oil change reminder. No mechanical issues were found, and the vehicle remains in good working condition.

Everything was great, does have an AirTag which was a little weird and the start and stop made us stop but owner responded fast and help.
