Car was very easy to get at parking garage. SUV was clean inside. Great rental.

The wind shield has a huge Crack across the top on the driver's side, we took a lot of pictures at the start to show that it was there when we FINALLY got the car, they were more than 40 minutes late at left the car the furthest distance from us they possibly could and left no directions on how to find it other than "by the ramp" when we found it, it was not by any ramp. The car was okay, not great gas milage, 14 might, and was not a hybrid vehicle.
