This was my first time using Turo. Communication and instructions clear and problem free. Everything went very smooth and to my delight. Sold on Turo experience.

I reserved a Mazda and was downgraded to a rav4 for the same price. Was told about it very last minute with little time to make a change. Did not like my experience with this host.

We’re disappointed to see this review, as we went above and beyond to accommodate this one-day rental. We arranged terminal delivery upon arrival, outside our standard pickup process. When the booked Mazda became unavailable, we provided a newer, larger, and more expensive 2025 Toyota RAV4 at no additional cost. We welcome honest feedback, but feel it’s important that future guests understand the full circumstances and accommodations made.
Original car was unavailable but they quickly found me a good replacement. Convenient location, easy pickup. 5 stars.

The car was exactly as advertised and drove very well. The pickup and dropoff location were really good and it was easy for pickup and dropping off. We did have to wait a bit for the hotel shuttle, but that would not prevent us from renting again. Communication was great and very prompt.
