Car was very convenient. We needed a car really fast and we picked up the car in 1hr 30 mins, on that same day!

Car quality was okay. Car key fob didn’t work to lock/unlock car or the alarm. I scheduled pickup at 0030 which I guess they were closed but I was communicating with them the whole day and they even messaged me after their closed hours which was weird. Turo let me book it anyways so I thought there were no issues. When I got here and called them they did answer but I think it was unprofessional they didn’t want to accommodate, instead they wanted to do a refund. I ended up having to come back the next morning and I had to wait 10-15 minutes just for someone to attend me.

The Toyota RAV4 is a very good and reliable choice. It drives smoothly, is fuel-efficient, and feels safe and comfortable. The pick-up and drop-off process is quick and efficient, and the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. A highly satisfying experience — well deserved 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
