This app is forcing me to leave a star, but host deserves Negative 10 Stars!!!!!😡 This host himself dropped the vehicle to me (late I may add). This vehicle vibrated and shaked soooo bad we couldn't talk! When I contacted the host he knew exactly the condition of the tires. I took the car to Discount Tire to see if they could do anything to balance them, 2 tires were unsafe and 1 was a safety risk. This owner knowingly and willing rented me an unsafe vehicle which is a total breech of contract, I will be contacting Turo to see what can be done to rectify this situation and make sure this host does not put anyone else's family knowingly in danger!!!! I have screenshots of all texts as well as Discount Tire's report.
The car runs great, but this guest staged a drama for a refund. He drove 1,200 miles over 4 days (exceeding limits by 200) with a $120 delivery fee. He planned this scam early, claiming tire vibrations. To be polite, I offered to pay for replacing the tires, but he ignored me. He averaged 300 miles/day safely without roadside assistance or canceling. He claimed Discount Tire found issues but never showed proof. He even used my 5-minute traffic delay as an excuse. Truly the worst guest ever!
