Pickup location at the ecopark, not the most efficient and expect delays on pickup and drop off. We had to wait 30 minutes due to the shuttles and the amount of people parking. There was also a film on the windshield that made it unsafe to drive in the glare. We had to pull over and clean the windshield

Thanks for the feedback, Alfred. Turo only allows pickup and drop-off at designated parking spots, and the ecopark is one of them, so shuttle waits can run long at peak hours. Safety is my top priority, and I keep my cars fully maintained with every precaution taken. To correct the record: this windshield has no film or tint. It is the original manufactured glass. Glad communication and maintenance worked well for you.
