Taisha was a great host from start to finish. Communication was excellent, pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the remote pickup process went smoothly. The Model Y was clean, drove great, and made getting around Houston very enjoyable.
The only thing I noticed during the trip was a dashboard warning indicating the rear tire tread was low and recommended service. I checked the tire but didn’t notice anything visibly unusual, so I wasn’t sure if it was just a maintenance reminder or something that needed attention. I wanted to mention it so Taisha is aware and can have it checked if needed.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from Taisha again. Highly recommended!
