Great car! Drives really nice and super helpful host

Would have loved clearer instructions for where the car was worked. Had to run around the parking lot although all they was “Row C” the shuttle driver said you should have been given a specific parking spot to get to.

Even though we got a digital key access for the Tesla. We should’ve been given a physical key as well. We couldn’t be let our car at the hotel or anywhere without giving our phone to them and the valet said they can’t do it without it. The 2 min mark doesn’t matter to them.

On top of all this. I had informed that our flight was going to land earlier ( 30 mins) earlier, and one of the agents from this company said we can’t drive the intio 30 mins. Which is crazy cause then we had to sit and wait. Other hosts I had better experience with were able to start my trip early no matter.

I think there need to be some improvements.

It was a pleasant expirence. I had some issues with the app. It saving pictures but the host was great.

I had an excellent experience renting through the Turo app with Resla as the rental company! The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and everything was clearly laid out in the app.

Resla was extremely accommodating — communication was quick and friendly, and they worked with my schedule to make pick-up and drop-off hassle-free. The car was delivered on time, and exactly as advertised.

Overall, using Turo with Resla made the entire rental process modern, convenient, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be booking with them again and highly recommend their service!
