The car was decent but it was quite dirty upon picking up and the rim was scratched up on the back driver. Didn’t like that it wasn’t fully charged upon receiving it and i also didn’t like how someone was in my vehicle when I arrived because they thought it was theirs. Rental process was slightly confusing on where to find the vehicle at. The grace period should be longer than 30 minutes considering Houston’s horrible traffic.
