Car didn’t have air conditioning even tho it’s new

It was a brand new car, with less than 30 miles. Im not sure why you couldnt figure out how to turn on the AC. You also didnt reply to me after your initial message stating that the AC was out. I could've helped you out easily. AC was perfectly fine.
