The guest’s statement is disputed. We have documented pre- and post-trip photos and records of the vehicle’s condition. Some photos the guest uploaded after the trip were taken on earlier dates, not at return. Rather than argue publicly, we have submitted the documentation through the proper claims process and will allow Turo to review the evidence and determine responsibility.
